Moonvalley makes Marey, a text-to-video and image-to-video model that the company says is trained only on licensed, high-resolution footage, which it presents as commercially safe. It targets professional filmmakers with director-style controls such as camera control, motion and pose transfer, trajectory drawing, keyframing and shot extension. Marey is available in Moonvalley's own app and through partners such as fal.ai and ComfyUI.
- Moonvalley says Marey is trained only on licensed footage, with no scraped content
- Fine-grained controls: camera control, motion/pose transfer, trajectory control, keyframing and shot extension
- Native 1080p output with no upscaling (Marey Realism v1.5)
- Moonvalley's own public API is waitlist-only; developers currently go through fal.ai or ComfyUI
- Pricing is not listed on the public website; you have to sign up to see plans
- Terms forbid reselling access or sharing API keys without written permission
Google's video generation is offered through Google Flow, a filmmaking workspace, and the Gemini app, using Veo 3.1 (Lite, Fast, Quality) and the newer Gemini Omni Flash model. Flow supports text-to-video, first/last frame control, ingredients-to-video, extensions and video editing. Access is bundled into Google AI subscriptions, with a small daily free allowance, making it a good fit for people already in Google's ecosystem.
- Daily 50 free credits even without a subscription
- Plans bundle other Google perks (storage, Gemini) with Flow credits
- Video editing of uploaded clips via Gemini Omni Flash
- Non-subscribers may be blocked from video generation during peak hours (about 2-5 PM UTC)
- 4K upscaling is limited to Ultra subscribers
- Veo 3.1 previews in the Gemini API have been shut down
