Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Best AI Video (the "site"). By using the site or submitting anything to it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

Best AI Video is an independent directory that compares AI video tools on published specifications such as pricing, free tiers, clip length, resolution, watermarks, commercial terms and API access. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the tools we list unless a listing says so. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products.

Accuracy of information

We collect specs from each tool's own pricing pages, documentation and terms, and link those sources on every tool page. Tools change their plans often, and we may make mistakes. Information is provided "as is" for general guidance and may be out of date — always confirm pricing, licensing and limits on the tool's website before you buy or rely on it. A dash (—) means we haven't verified a value; it does not mean "no".

Affiliate links and sponsored placements

• Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
• Paid placements are labelled Sponsored, and paid or affiliate links carry rel="sponsored".
• Payments and commissions never change the specs we publish. Paying for a listing option buys review speed or placement — not a positive review, a higher rating, or a followed link.

Submitting a tool

When you submit a tool or other content, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to represent the tool, or the information you provide is publicly available;
• the information is accurate and not misleading, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, rewrite, translate and display the submitted information, the tool's name and its logo on the site and in our newsletters and social posts about the directory.

We review every submission by hand. We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion — for example if a tool is unsafe, misleading, unrelated to video, abandoned, or if its specs can't be verified. Submitting does not guarantee a listing or a review date. Free-queue timings are estimates.

AI-generated drafts on the submit page are suggestions; you're responsible for checking what you submit, and we verify specs before publishing.

The "Featured on" badge

Listed or submitted tools may display our badge on their own website, linking to the site. You may add rel="nofollow" to the badge link. Don't modify the badge to imply an endorsement or ranking we haven't given. Displaying the badge can move a free submission up the review queue; it doesn't change what we publish about the tool. We may ask you to remove the badge if the listing is declined or removed.

Paid listing options

Paid options (such as expedited review) are not available yet. When we launch them, their price, what's included, and refund terms will be shown before checkout and form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• submit spam, duplicates, or tools you have no right to represent;
• scrape or crawl the site at a rate that degrades it, or bypass rate limits;
• use the forms to send abusive, unlawful or malicious content;
• attempt to access the admin area or other users' data, or interfere with the site's security.

We may block access or remove content that breaks these rules.

Third-party sites

The site links to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Your use of a listed tool is governed by that tool's own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the site or your use of any listed tool. Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for free use, is zero). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
